Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:

  1. Identify openings for coaching
  2. Recognize missed coaching opportunities
  3. Apply the Kaleidoscope Approach to bring greater objectivity to a coaching opening
  4. Distinguish between views that open or limit possibility
  5. Identify which of the four coaching stages they are currently in
  6. Practice seven coaching skills using a coaching opening in their life
  7. Describe steps to expand their self-coaching abilities

Format: Two to three days depending upon the desired outcomes. Required text, Be Your Own Coach. An abbreviated version of this program can also be offered as a keynote address or break-out session at a larger meeting. Contact us to discuss how we can customize this program to meet your needs.
