Many of you have expressed an interest in learning more about how to apply adult development theory in your coaching practice with leaders. This program is designed for you.

We have selected a beautiful, serene setting for a deep dive over three days into understanding the theory, its contributions and limitations to coaching, and how it informs your use of self as a coach.
